Matriculation Program as a Fun Warm-Up Before Effective Learning for Students at SMP Bilingual Terpadu

Krian, July 2026 – To welcome the new academic year and prepare students before the start of effective learning activities, SMP Bilingual Terpadu organized a Matriculation Program for Grade 8 and Grade 9 students from July 6th to July 10th, 2026.

The program was designed as a warm-up activity to help students become academically and mentally prepared for the upcoming school year.

During the five-day program, students participated in five main subjects: Numeracy (Mathematics), Literacy (Indonesian Language), English, Arabic, and Al-Qur’an.

The learning activities were carefully designed to be engaging, enjoyable, and beneficial. Teachers implemented various interactive methods, including educational games, group discussions, quizzes, reading and numeracy practices, language activities, and Qur’an learning sessions that encouraged students to be active, confident, and enthusiastic learners.

This matriculation program serves as an opportunity for 8th grade and 9th grade students to refresh and strengthen their fundamental competencies after the school holiday before entering the effective learning period.It also helps students readjust to classroom routines and rebuild their learning motivation.

“Through this matriculation program, we hope that students can regain their enthusiasm for learning, strengthen their basic skills, and be fully prepared to participate in classroom learning activities,” the teacher said.

Through this program, all students of SMP Bilingual Terpadu are expected to begin the new academic year with renewed spirit, motivation, and readiness to achieve their best performance and accomplishments.
